Our Services

Care Core LLC provides APD-approved home and community-based services designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives and long-term goals.

Personal Supports

Personal Supports help individuals with developmental disabilities manage everyday activities in the home and community. Our staff assists with tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care reminders, and community access, always with a focus on safety, dignity, and promoting as much independence as possible.

Life Skills Development – Companion

Life Skills Development with a Companion focuses on building skills and confidence through supportive, one-on-one interaction. Staff may help with learning to use public transportation, practicing money management, developing social skills, or participating in community activities, all while providing companionship and encouragement.

Respite

Respite services provide short-term, temporary relief for primary caregivers. While caregivers rest, attend to other responsibilities, or avoid burnout, our staff ensures the individual continues to receive attentive, appropriate care in a safe and familiar environment.

Supported Living Coaching

Supported Living Coaching is designed for adults with developmental disabilities who want to live more independently. Coaches work with individuals on skills such as managing a household, understanding leases and bills, scheduling appointments, budgeting, and problem-solving daily challenges so they can maintain stable, self-directed living arrangements.
